Welcome to K, Bye Trauma—a healing space built by someone who’s been through it, felt it deeply, and decided to do something about it.

I’m not a licensed therapist. I’m not here to diagnose you or hand you a checklist of things to fix. I’m here as a virtual friend, someone who shows up with empathy, honesty, and zero judgment. This is a space for real talk, raw emotions, and working through the messy stuff together.

Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, heartbreak, burnout, or just trying to make sense of life’s chaos, I offer virtual sessions where you can vent, reflect, laugh, cry, and say “K, bye” to the trauma that’s been weighing you down.

Here’s what you can expect:
